Mir ist wie auf dem ersten Bild ein Stück Wand abgefallen, also habe ich eine Raufaser-Reparatur durchführen lassen, es wieder angebracht und mit etwas Acrylfarbentube bemalt, sodass es jetzt so glitzernd ist. Dann besorgte ich mir eine Sprühfarbe namens Sperr und Isoliergrund, mit der einer meiner Nachbarn einige Stellen in seiner Wand bemalte, aber nichts.

You already fixed it, you just need to paint it now. Either paint the whole room in the same glossy paint, or buy/mix some not-glossy paint for just that spot.

So you now applied three different things? Seems to be sufficient for such a small problem 😀 BTW: The “spray paint called Sperr und isoliergrund” is like a primer(?), so this should not really be the top layer, rather the bottom layer.
