Beide Carolina sind immer noch im Chaos: „Hier sterben buchstäblich von Tag zu Tag Menschen, und alles kann mit Hubschraubern behoben werden. Es ist, als ob unsere Regierung möchte, dass diese Menschen sterben.“

  1. SS: This is some video from rescuers coming out of North Carolina. The devastation apparently stretches into Tennessee and Virginia. Many stories from volunteers who say they are being turned away. Where is the national guard? Anyone have any more information about all of this? Please share.

The Government gave the Governor a ton of money, so ask the Governor what the problem is , not the Government.

The government hates you, wants you dead, and wants all your stuff.

    “I hate the government”
    “Government, please help me”

They want the land for it’s mineral resources. The people who occupy it are just in the way. Similar to what happened in Louisiana when they needed more land for oil refineries. They delayed response to promote death to acquire the land they wanted. Everything is a rich man’s trick.

The Carolina’s are pretty “red” typically so yea it makes sense that the government doesn’t give a shit

Cross posting my comment from another post from this same video

    The problem is bureaucracy.

My sister in law is an Army Blackhawk pilot in Ft Stewart, and I asked her if they’ll be helping as they’re pretty local to a lot of the problem areas.

The problem is there is a LOT of red tape they need to get through before active duty military units can get the authorization to help before they can even flow forces, let alone start operations.

    1. A civil authority has to request help. This is usually a state governor who has ALREADY deployed his national guard units

    2. Once that happens, the National Guard has to liasion with local reserve units.

    3. The local reserve units then have to ask for assistance from the regular active duty forces.

    4. The president then needs to authorize this by either executive order or act of congress.

    5. The units that would be needed are then sourced by the DOD to be moved to the locations where theyre needed, coordinate with FEMA and local agencies.

specifically for things like helos thats not as simple as “fly em over here” its a MASSIVE logistical movement of not just the helos themselves but fuel, POL, repair parts, water, food tents, LZs etc that can support that kind of massive troop movement. The helos cant bring that all themselves so that means convoys into areas that are impassable or at least closer.

It takes time and its been what? 6 days since it hit landfall in Florida and like 4 since NC was hit.

Keep in mind that a typical military deployment starts with a 3-6 month work up where logistics, planning, and training happens. About a month or two before the end of the workup is when shit is sent over like air assets, vehicles, ammo, whatever. Hell even going from Alabama to California I had to TOT my vehicles and equipment like a month in advance to get it there in time for the exercise.

Edit: here, looks like theyre in-between steps 4 and 5 now. https://www.defense.gov/News/Releases/Release/Article/3921723/statement-from-pentagon-press-secretary-maj-gen-pat-ryder-on-dod-support-to-hur/

  8. Quick someone send Kamala to the Carolinas to fling rolls of paper towels into the crowd for a photo op.

Realistically, the government has already gave the states money/greenlit resources. Do you want them to just override the states and take control? These are overwhelmingly the same folks that bitch and moan about government overreach and handouts. But now? “Please overreach and give us things”

Cutting disaster aid with project 2025 will help this from happening in the future though I’m sure.

Because this guy flying in one region of 1 state doesn’t see anything means it’s not happening?

Unfortunately when you have to deploy thousands of rescue personnel across multiple states, it takes time and planning. 1 civilian with a helicopter doesn’t have to plan anything…

  10. They told everyone to leave if you are in the path of this thing. Why didnt they listen? They were like “if you decide to stay put a toe tag on yourself so we can identify you later” and people were like , haha im a tough guy.

Now they are all begging for help.

The American government got infiltrated by foreign governments… notice Americans get no money anymore. Goes directly to Ukraine or Israel.

Not a fan of my governor, but I am proud she sent national guard helicopters from New York. Good luck and god bless

  13. I’m no geologist, but yall probably are living in and around lithium deposits they want to mine.

  14. “More than likely voting republican, don’t save them” -Biden and Harris

  15. They don’t want them to, they just don’t care if they do. Subtle distinction. They barely even know you exist.
