  1. Well considering the services that rely on internet, not surprising to see people use it all the time.

    i.e At work, tv, exercise app, texts, calls, security alarm overnight etc.

    It makes sense. So much of what we do now is based on the internet from messaging, entertainment, banking, navigation, work.

    i like that they did not include average internet speed, because i bet that shit is appalling

    Changing the temperature upstairs from my phone is “using the internet”.

  5. That number seems ridiculously low

    I’d guess that its closer to 8 in 10 are always online given the internet’s ubiquity.

    Actually rereading the graphic, its 16-29 year olds who use the internet daily. That number should be closer to 100%

    Switching it off where I live is a bad move, you end up with none. It’s far better to leave it on all the time.

    I’m honestly more shocked that 6% of households are claiming they dont have internet access. That honestly seems madness
