Könnte mir bitte jemand einige wichtige Anforderungen erläutern und erklären, wann die Zulassung für Studierende im Sommersemester 2025 möglich ist (jeder Rat und jede Information wird sehr geschätzt), ist es auch schwierig, diese zu bekommen?

Contact the uni. Every department has its own requirements.
You need to be much more proactive if you want to study at a public uni in Poland.
