Presidents should have to take office before 65. Regular term limits apply.

LOL, the only thing Congress can do consistently is trade stocks to get richer and richer on insider information. Both parties do this too!

I think 70 should be the cut off. 70 years of age as of the year they would file for election. Meaning if one turns 71 in December 2024 but intended to file the previous March when they were still 70 then they would be intelligible. A sitting president that turns 71 while in office during their first term should be allowed to run second time.

presidential, congressional, judicial, and senatorial age limits.

  5. ok cool story, but at what point do we get 70+ year olds off the roads as well?

Voters should consider age requirements. The thought that so many millions of people vote for guys in their late 70s and even 80s is absolutely ridiculous. We need representation that reflect the population, not twice the age of the population.

  7. I feel like nobody above the age of 70 should be in office (unless they were in prior)

  8. Congress is run by Trump bootlickers, I am surprised that a minimum age of 77 hasn’t been imposed in the run up to the election.

Maybe someone should ask him if he consents to being euthanized. Just say it real quick in a low voice when he’s not paying attention and hope he says “yes” before he processes the question.

  11. It’s not up to congress.

SC9TU could edit the constitution again, though.
