      Every sane person is worried about that. Trump *only* cares about Trump. He doesn’t give a flying fuck about Ukraine. Or the US itself. Or democracy. He’ll let Putin have Ukraine on day one. All of it. Up to and even beyond Kyiv.

      I hope Europe is prepared for it. I know Poland is. They ramped up their defense budget to 5%. Same in the Baltics. But over here we’re still bitching about the absolute NATO minimum. It’s embarrassing.

      The Second World War clearly showed that you shouldn’t give in to a person with imperial ambitions, but Trump doesn’t seem to understand this, or is pretending.

      I am worried for Ukraine in a very different manner… I think Trump will lose and won’t accept it, the US will be busy dealing with that for a while… meanwhile, what will Europeans do? Will they keep on supporting Ukraine or will the growing populist movements/ hard economic times all over Europe end/limit the support… A much more self centered society, that’s what I am worried about…

      If Trump wins, the world will continue on as normal. Nothing happened last time either, in fact there was no war in the middle east and certainly mo war in europe.

      Who cares what some fsb agent said? Maybe it’s finally time to stop amplifying russian voices? Especially about internal politics of other countries
