      How nice for this actress who gets paid millions of dollars for 4-6 months work at a time. I’m sure most of us would love to take time off to enjoy life. I’m really really getting over Florence Pugh.

      She had to ask someone for a break? That in itself is fucking wild. Imagine being someone of prominence who literally can’t or won’t make their own decisions.

      Imagine actually working for a living and not being compensated nearly as much, my next three months of work are literally blacked out for no time off… and I’m salaried and make good money but it’s a fraction of what she gets paid and that’s a year worth of work for me.

      I remember around black widow reading that she said she wanted to take it slow and Scarlett johansson told her that this was the time to work as much as possible to get ahead of the others in her age category. Seems like she’s might be regretting taking that advice that now

      People are gonna be snarky about this but actors especially the mains stay on location for multiple months at a time away from home as well as when they do press they are on the road for multiple months at a time so I can see where she’s coming from.

      “Asked” just don’t take a job and have a break. You don’t need to ask anyone. She’s had movie after movie and she’s young. Go have a vacation. Enjoy your success.

      I don’t remember my 20s … moved 6 times with the company I worked for … routinely worked 60 hours per week … racked up months of vacation time that I never took only for my employer to say oh we’ve limited it to 6 weeks max of carryover.

      All you gotta do is say ‘no’ to a job.

      There was also an actors and writer’s strike and the business is also relatively dead.

      I don’t envy actors and artists. Sure you make a lot of money, but what’s it worth if you’re sacrificing time with loved ones and your own personal growth?

      We only get one life and you can’t take your money or fame with you when it’s over

      She deserves it. She’s worked hard over the past five years to put herself on the map. She has a luxury to be able to rest on her laurels for a bit without losing any roles/ground in the business.
