      Marr is seriously getting on the nerves. They don’t even talk anymore and it’s been like that for ages. Why he keeps doing this is ridiculous. Every time he says bad stuff about Morrissey, the more he himself damages The Smiths.

      Sounds like Marr wasn’t shoveling dirt at all, but making an observation that Stephen Patrick did not register The Smiths as a trademark and a third party tried to profit that. Marr’s legal representative offered to share the trademark with Morrissey. Morrissey has not signed in over a year.
