Wasn’t she basically forced to make a statement by Trump claiming that she endorsed him? Her statement seemed to clarify who she will be voting for and why. She advocated people to get informed and vote, not really who to vote for. I thought she handled this well, but I would say it was damage control and not crusading.

There is no risk considering how much of the media is very left leaning. Of course, those billionaires probably support both parties as it strokes their ratings. Still, Hollywood and the entertainment business is obviously left leaning that it would’ve been really risky if she voted for Trump.
