  1. The image is all messed up. Things are not in the right place. If you’re using a screen reader or something of that nature it’s gonna be confused. Because it’s hard to read even with sight. I don’t know what happened to it.
    I opened it on my phone and it looks all in place. I don’t know if you’ve tried closing and reopening the app but that might help. I’m not a techy person so my advice might be pointless. I hope you can figure it out!

    The layout seems to have changed a little bit.

    You also seem to have zoomed in a bit on your screen? Everthing is big and overlapsing. I don’t have that on my device. I will try to find out how you did that.

    Edit: ah yes. Seems like you have chosen for a larger Fontsize (lettertype). The NMBS app doesnt seem to handle that too well. Im contacting them trough facebook messenger. Whatsapp doesnt seem to work

  3. Mine got updated to a refreshed design. Probably they forgot to check all different accessibility options. Like someone else mentioned everything is overlapping and out of place on your screen.

    The site currently has an error message saying they are trying to fix things.

    If you know that approx 20-25% of people set their text to “larger” on iphone for accessibility reasons, it’s unbelievable that a company like NMBS puts out an app update without testing this stuff.

  6. The NMBS app does not seem to be working today. I can’t plan a route or buy tickets. Same with the website.
