NATO? Where was NATO when the Westfold fell? Where was NATO when our enemies closed in around us!?

Where was NAT — No, my friends, we are alone.

Calls grow = Only a talk. More credible if some NATO members decide to do it anyway and then announce it on paper.

Embarrassing that NATO won’t help a country defend itself. Especially when NATO was formed to defend against Russia. Sure, Ukraine isn’t part of NATO, but that hasn’t stopped NATO from intervening before.

So next time a random missile
heads into a NATO country are they just going to watch it land, maybe even in that NATO country and then claim they had no legislation to act?

  6. These comments are like the people who complain that the UN doesn’t force countries to do what we want. People just to realize what these organizations were even designed to do.

I mean, isn’t this what NATO was for? Is there a reason they aren’t helping?

A foolish escalation when NATO could simply send the assets directly to Ukraine.

  9. Lifting restrictions on the arms they’re giving to Ukraine would help. But that could end the war too soon for the capitalists, they’re making too much money from buying all the arms to give to Ukraine. It’s sick. US and all love making, buying, selling weapons too much to want to actually end the war.

NATO is not the right umbrella for this operation. However, NATO members may certainly form a coalition to assist. If the US and UK would stop playing Putin’s game, airspace over Ukraine could be made safe and civilian lives saved. Others would follow but are unlikely to lead against opposition from those two nations.
