I’m not an expert here, but it seems like it’d be inadvisable to spend time and money building out the training, maintenance, and logistical backend, if there’s a max of 20 units realistically available. With the F-16 backend (and frontend) already underway to the extent of Ukraine actively utilizing them, it’s likely more sensible to focus on scaling that.

I mean, the f16 is what Ukrainians pilots have been traveling all over the world to train with.

As a swede I think it would be better if we spent that money on buying them modern f16V’s… As long as other customers would let Ukraine get priority on delivery, which I don’t think will happen
