Conversely it may be good for Luxembourgish. Non EU citizens are more likely to learn it to get citizenship and then it’s a common tongue for their kids.
Overall good but worried it drops the level of salaries here in Lux.
Language will also depend on how neighboring economies are doing. You hear less German because there are opportunities in Düsseldorf and Frankfurt, but if French and German economies decline further, more will come here.
I don’t see this as necessary in a moment where youth unemployment is high in many European countries
