That’s weird because the IDF has killed American citizens too but nary a peep about that.

There’s going be a lot of Redditors upset that the USA dosen’t view their idols the same way they do.

Lmao! What about Netanyahu and the IDF killing 40,000 civilians! One American hostage compared to 40,000! Who should be charged is Benjamin Netanyahu and his radical right wing genocidal government!!

This comment section is going to be super rational and civil. I can tell already.

    A.F.T.

What was it about this particular murdered American that finally caught the administration’s attention?

  6. This Sinwar guy gonna be living underground for the rest of his life, lol.

“Don’t worry, we have our most competent and intrepid deputy sheriff, Mr. Barney Fife, on the case immediately”

    >The Justice Department didn’t say why it waited until Tuesday to unseal the charges.

They also didn’t say why the charges were sealed in the first place. These charges are months old. You usually only issue a sealed indictment if you’re worried about tipping off criminals you’re still investigating. Perhaps they just didn’t want the DoJ associated with a geopolitical controversy and changed their mind after Hersh was killed.

  9. Funny how they didn’t do it after Americans were killed and taken hostage in October… Hmm…

I suspect Biden is going to pressure Netanyahu to agree to a ceasefire deal, arguing that once the war is over Sinwar could be brought to justice or some BS like that.

I’m sorry, but F Biden and F Harris. Say all you want about Netanyahu but they demonstrated that American citizens don’t matter if they’re Jews

Honestly i’m still shocked that there’s any respect and idol-ification of terrorism in America, considering the history of ‘no deal with terrorists’, 9/11 etc..

…that’s the problem with the US government these days, trying to appear to do something while trying to do nothing. Send a Moab down those Gaza tunnels and we’ll see the biggest uptake in ‘hamas martyrs’ to paradise for a change.

  12. Will we finally see the US directly attack Hamas? And is the US going to keep harping on about a ceasefire with the organization it means to charge?

  13. Is the United States the only country in the world that charges people abroad in absentia for crimes committed to it’s citizens – who were/are also abroad?

I mean, there were 32 Thai nationals killed on October 7 as well. Has any court in Thailand charged Hamas leaders?

It seems like a bit of a pointless exercise to me. Maybe it’s a bit of virtue signalling to make the American victims families feel better because their country is seen to be ‘doing something’.

Suppose Sinwar is captured alive, it’s not like he’s going to be extradited to the USA to face his day in court there is he.

Sinwar will try to escape to his sugar mommy, the Ayatollah’s bunker in 🇮🇷.

Wait so when the IDF kills multiple Americans, nothing? Insane double standard.

Kill 50k people who the majority are innocent civilians, bomb Beirut, bomb Iran, bomb Syria, kill nurses and doctors trying to help Palestinians = Israel has right to defend itself

An American dies = OMG WE NEED TO DESTROY HAMAS
