    1. Full statement:

      >Netanyahu and the occupying army alone bear full responsibility for the killing of the prisoners after deliberately obstructing any prisoner exchange deal for narrow interests. Moreover, they deliberately killed dozens of them through direct airstrikes.
We say to everyone, clearly, that after the incident in Al-Nuseirat (operation to release 4 hostages), new instructions were issued to the mujahideen responsible for guarding the prisoners regarding how to deal with them if the occupying army approaches their place of detention.
Netanyahu’s insistence on freeing the prisoners through military pressure instead of making a deal will mean their return to their families in coffins, and their families will have to choose between them being dead or alive.

TLDR: this is their way of admitting they murdered the 6 hostages whose deaths they had previously blamed on IDF bombing

    3. As mentioned before, Hamas can’t drive out Israel. It needs a ceasefire to do that. If it loses bargaining chips by Israel freeing them, they can’t get that permanent ceasefire. This is their last draw at the dice to salvage a permanent ceasefire, something Bibi today refused. However, if they start killing the hostages 1 by one, with Israel finding each body at a time and announcing it, Hamas is gambling that given the time difference between each discovery, will create an urgency for the Israeli public to push the government as a ceasefire, as they feel that the only way they are freed, is by negotiation, as Hamas themselves mentioned, they learnt from their mistakes in June

Both the IDF and Hamas are always learning from each others mistakes and readjusting strategy

All the hostages are basically dead at this point. No reason for Israel to stop now

Sadly this is predicable.  If Israel were to pull off a series of Jason Bourne-style hostage rescues, Israel would have no incentive to negotiate.  Why negotiate when your genius special forces squad can just get your objective for free?

I’m actually surprised they need to issue new instructions. I always thought that as an evil organization, Hamas members would always resort to cowardly, evil actions (no instructions necessary).

    7. Hamas: “we will shoot your civilians in cold blood if we suspect you are getting close to saving them.”

The world: “how could Israel do this?”

March an equal % of hamas prisoners to the firing squad.

      Observe the hypocrisy thereafter.

    9. Libya was held to 1$.5 billion for Lockerbie. Time to bankrupt these sick individuals. Oh, a build a settlement every day.

I’m curious if the people making this statement/decision are the same ones who started the whole thing or if they’ve all been wiped out and this is a new leadership for them.
