      Russian mechanics probably need retraining on maintenance of helicopter.

      “The Mi-8 is a two-engine helicopter designed in the 1960s. It is widely used in Russia, where crashes have been frequent, as well as in neighboring countries and many other nations.”

      It has been rumored that due to the sanctions, Russia is unable to acquire some advanced components, so they rely on whatever lesser quality alternative they can get for maintenance on all of their equipment and anything new that they make. This isn’t really a good case to use as “proof,” though.

      It’s fly to volcano top, with 19 tourist on board, disaster happened on kamchatka. Have nothing to do with ukraine. Helicopter belong to private company.
