Bitte erklären Sie mir, was das bedeutet. Danke

The warranty cost is not refunded. More or less everything in chapter 5 is illegal bullshit.

    That agreement is not legal.

    I recommend joining https://www.leieboerforeningen.no/

They can give you free legal advice & help you get a legal rental contract.

Deposit guarantees almost always cost money.

If you have the money, you are better off creating a deposit account.

You don’t need a personal number. You either need a bank ID, or you need to go to a bank and sign the paperwork to create a deposit account.

A lot of copy- paste in this agreement?

Why do you want 14 days of rent at that price? It’s cheaper to use a hotel.

All contracts not signed are up for negotiation……..

The end date must be wrong, is it 15 days you are renting? Probably just set 2024 insted of 2025.
You are bound to the contract dates, so if you have a 3 year contract, you can terminate the contract at 15 august each year, but need to send notice 3 months beforehand. If you want to terminate it before this date you often can find a new tenant yourself, with the approval from the owner.

An alternative deposit As an alternative to the usual deposit, you can purchase a deposit guarantee. Pay 14% of the deposit (instead of the deposit) to a insurance company. Then you dont have to pay a large deposit or make an deposit account, and the person who rents out the home has the same security as with a normal deposit. The guarantee covers, among other things, unpaid rent, eviction costs and damage.

The deposit guarantee should last for one to three years, depends on the insurance. So the 4550 is more of a yearly or per three years payment that you dont get back.
