The West needs to remove restrictions on long range strikes with missiles. Donbas needs to be protected. Russian unit supply lines need to be crushed.

No country in the world would willingly make that deal. We in the US would never even think about doing that.

Do you suppose there’s any chance of Ukraine taking back Crimea when all is said and done?

Zelensky mentioned that 20% of Ukraine is occupied on June 22. Now it’s 30%, so Russian has gained 10% more territories since then.
How is Ukraine winning?

That’s right. Not one inch of Ukraine!

Why you shouldn’t give up your nukes under no circumstances.
Ukraine was, by the end of the cold war, the third nuclear power on the planet.
Even after they gave them all up they could have built half a dozen, just to keep the Russians at bay. There’s the problem of corruption, of course, and intrigue, but this scenario was impossible with a nuclear Ukraine.
Nukes keep wars cold. We would be by WW V by now without them.

By the by, F-16 Fighting Falcon is a pretty wicked name for a plane.
Pretty awesome place to deliver a “we ain’t giving up 30% of our territory” speech.

Stay firm. Putin’s SMO did not earn him a square inch of Ukrainian soil. He is a thief and should be punished, not rewarded for his actions (not to mention that he is a murderer as well).

Why is this stance so understandable for Ukraine, but Palestine is just supposed to accept their occupation?

I would tell Russia they must withdraw completely.

So they have lost 30 % of Ukraine?
I thought Russia was losing the war?

but yet this is exactly what we’re asking the Palestinian to sign….. not just that, they also have to be under the control of their attackers, who will get to control how much food, water etc goes into the country, and said country whenever they build water or power plants to be independent of their attackers, will have said power plant or waster desalination plants blown up, along with the workers. Russia gets to build a wall around all of ukraine, and control who gets to go in and out, all ukrainian people are under marshall law, and are trialed in a russian military court, ukraine will not be allowed to import any machinery to rebuild their economy, and all jobs will only be in russia, and russia gets to control how many gets to work, and for minimum wage.

Putin will just keep coming back for more until he has the entire country. I think it’s best to keep up the fight until him or his successor calls the troops back to Russia.
