I can’t think of an English word that has the exact meaning, but then again, I haven’t had coffee today.~~ It’s been one of their slogans since I remember. Another one you’ll see is Bónus, býður betur (offers/bids better).
Edit: Extravagance is probably a fitting word. It’s both to describe the low prices as well as the intentional lack of effort they put in their stores. Anything to keep the cost down.

If you were to put it in more casual terms, it would probably translate to “no BS.”
