They make traditional cold platters which are to die for… It’s mostly home made sausages and liptauer spreads. A Buschenschank is a farmer that serves mostly their own products.

I think that might be the flag of Keutschach am See (https://www.keutschach.gv.at/) The heraldic shield looks the same.
