Understandable. Even with this shit in place we have mine explosion incidents, now imagine without.
The place is HEAVILY contaminated with wartime munitions. It’ll take a couple more years AT LEAST to clear them all up. Also no I’m not just talking about mine. There are actual live munitions like AK-47s, mortar shells, ammo crates, rockets, RPGs etc all kinds of small arms. If you follow local news they are still finding new caches every week or so. Imagine abolishing these posts then black market will FLOOD with them. We already have problem of finding a fucking grenade discarded in Sumqayit dumpster lmao, imagine now tenfold of it.

I am Canadian and visiting Karabakh this week
