Ok, what’s the question? Finanzonline works perfectly now, as it did the last months (with downtimes for maintenance for some days). Hand in the documents, be done with it

Call and ask for a deadline extension.

Also, the site is only offline for short periods of time, usually for maintenance.

I recommend switching to their online-portal finanzonline and select electronic delivery under account settings. This minimizes any delays via postal service.

Regarding your second question. You must keep any documents concerning your tax declaration for 7 years minimum (Aufbewahrungspflicht). So its completely normal that they ask you to provide documents from 3 years ago.

As clearly indicated on your screenshot the webpage is in maintenance mode.

It says 2020 to 2024. So not from years ago.
Also they just ask for papers about your daughters graduation and Slovenian tax forms that she righteously got money from the austrian government.

  6. Are you kidding!?

    This is a SCAM
    Scammers from Malta.

    Report this to the Authorities!
Why would the Austrian government send letters via Malta??
