      The cops don’t just give you a call, especially from a cell phone. If something is up they’ll knock on your door or send you a letter.

      It’s a scam yeah. Wait long enough it connects to an office in India (presumably) asking for card details etc

      I waited until it connected me to India then told him I was disappointed at the poor scam effort and that he should fuck off.

      I contacted cyber security about this, they said it’s most definitely a spoofed number, just ignore it
