Wenn ich hier die Wassertarife überprüfe https://www.wsc.com.mt/information/tariffs/ 5.1395 Tarif gilt nach 33 m3.
Ist meine Wasserrechnung falsch?

The fuckers average it over that bill period for the year. However, if you go on holiday on the next bill and consume almost next to nothing, they won’t readjust the bill and compensate you.
