So, essentially ANCA is just a Kremlin asset. The Kremlin owns oligarchs like Vardanyan. These oligarchs sponsor ANCA-like organizations. ANCA is influencing Armenia’s political agenda.
Keeping Vardanyan in prison revealed the multifaceted nature of the Kremlin’s agent network. Pretty sure Vardanyan was supposed to replace Pashinyan. Armenians should thank Aliyev for preventing this.

I’m still impressed by how AZE security personnel managed to apprehend all these losers after so many years. It was an unexpected bonus at the end of the war.
Many of them have assets in both Russia and Western countries, a perk of being Armenian.
