Der aserbaidschanische Außenminister Jeyhun Bayramov nahm im Rahmen eines Arbeitsbesuchs in Deutschland an einer Konferenz zur Wiederherstellung der Ukraine teil, berichtete das Außenministerium.
Während seiner Rede auf der Konferenz informierte der Minister ausführlich über die humanitäre Hilfe, die Aserbaidschan der Ukraine gewährt, sowie über Rehabilitationsprogramme und Wiederaufbauarbeiten. Er betonte, dass Baku Kiew weiterhin entsprechende Unterstützung leisten werde.
Jeyhun Bayramov stellte fest, dass Aserbaidschan stets die Souveränität und territoriale Integrität der Ukraine unterstützt habe, und betonte, dass Baku für eine baldige Einstellung der Feindseligkeiten sowie eine diplomatische Lösung des Konflikts auf der Grundlage des Völkerrechts stehe.
Der Minister fügte hinzu, dass Aserbaidschan eines der ersten Länder sei, das der Ukraine humanitäre Hilfe leiste. Bis heute habe Aserbaidschan der Ukraine laut Bayramov Hilfe in Höhe von 40 Millionen Dollar geleistet.

There were case of Azerbaijani made artillery shells ending up in Ukraine. Any news on 3rd parties buying and giving them to Ukraine?
The minister also noted that Azerbaijan provides support to projects to restore infrastructure in Ukraine: in particular, the reconstruction of a school building in the city of Irpen has already been completed. He emphasized that Azerbaijan, being a country that is fighting the mine threat in the territories liberated from occupation, stands in solidarity with countries affected by mines and provides assistance to Ukraine in mine clearance work.
