      I may understand rant for damaging the vegetations, but I have zero understanding on what important is in the small hill.

      Nope, it’s not a mountain, it’s a small hill, and they get leveled all the time.

      Restoration of vegetation on the new slops is essential (for both slide prevention and general aesthetics), but the hills problem is hills problem.

      Until you are from PETH (People for ethical treatment of the hills), an extremist organization aiming to ban showels and any earth machinery.

      Mountain? Bro that’s probably barely tall enough to even be considered a hill.

      Aside from that I am not sure to what extend someone is allowed to go to changing the permanent landscape of an area. I assume enviromental agencies, building planning etc must be involved. Now though, where they or did someone simply do it without asking anyone? Well it wouldn’t be the first time…
