We clap, we say very sustainable, and we move on with our day
GDP includes foreign investment… And most foreign companies come here for tax relief// low taxes and send their money back to their home countries. GDP doesn’t tell the whole story 😂
>Eurozone
Eurozone excl. Ireland
Lol
That is a comparison of the first quarter of 2024 to the *last quarter of 2019. Is not the % of GPD growth of this quarter.
Be more aware when reading diagrams!

Over the kast 5 years, we still have roads that can not properly fit all the cars with insane traffic (for our size is inexcusable)
Hospitals look worse than ever. Schools still use outdated PCs and no AC.
And bus is still considered the most advance public transportation.
Renewable energy is still one of the lowest in Europe (again inexcusable)
Housing is more unattainable than ever.

Its not real economic growth, its inflation and 2 bed apartments selling for over a million to foreigners
Property selling. It will crash hard in ten years.
There is something very wrong here. This compared q2 2019 which was bad, to q2 2024 which was good.
It is truly mean less chart.
If growth in 2019 was 1%, and growth in 2024 was 3%, this chart will show Cyprus as having 300% growth.

2) prices in supermakets.
We ? The peasants ? Nothing
