I can guarantee that this will be a flop on the island. No one wants an ugly (but practically functional car) to drive in our streets.

This car is built with the Citroen Ami. Same sort of car. Went for a test drive and it lovely. None of this look-at-me stuff. Just a ‘car’. Technically it is classified as a quadricycle. So not the safest car. It has a limited to speed as well. No AC.

I don’t think so. It fits perfectly for this country but people’s mindset is completly different, either way they would already have a lot of small cars instead of big pickups and SUVs

Why would it? It still gets stuck in traffic and it barely solved the parking problem.
When I had a smart, I still couldn’t find parking.

The Fiat Topolino isn’t much different from the Citroën Ami or the Opel Rocks-e. All three are compact, electric city cars designed for short urban trips. They share similar dimensions and their low speeds.

A car that can be bought in Italy for about 10k, watch the price in Malta be double that.

Meh, there could be better ads for bicycle lanes and bicycles in general here

I’ve seen someone in Gzira who has one of these, although not sure if I’ll keep seeing it in summer considering the lack of AC
