Nun ja, anscheinend ist es so. Häufige Frage und dennoch kann ich sie im Subreddit nicht finden. Ja, es gibt viele Fragen zu diesen Themen, aber sie haben alle unterschiedliche Subtexte. Dieser Subreddit muss etwas lockerer werden. Auch in diesem Beitrag muss ich viele Wörter streichen, weil er verboten ist. Why would anyone sponsor visa if they have plenty of people who do not need it, with and without experience.
Guys, there is nothing given in life in general and at the beginning of your career you need to show that you are worth something – how? It’s up to you.
Ik it may be tough, however it is what it is. Ask yourself how would you manage recruitment if you were an employer to have 3 basic things: qualifications, as low turnover as possible, person who will fit in the organisation knowing how it works in Europe.
