      Attention everyone Mr Lavrov here. There’s absolutely no problem here nothing to see here just a little bit of technical lighting. Move along folks chop chop.

      Sorry, but I can not really identify much. No open fire. The workers are leaving the facility, slow and controlled. The safety torch is heavily on duty, seems they are burning the products as the production has stopped in a part of the raffinery after the hit. It is very cold, in the middle of the winter, the lights are orange (as normal, these are sodium-vapor lights) and we see much steam, also this is normal. One block is without any electrical light, this was likely hit; even off duty, in raffineries regular all lights are always on during night, also in not producing facilities.

      Possible, there was an attack but this time most likely not as devastating as prior attacks on other raffineries. I do not see any secondary fires.

      Look up dutch disease. Russian economy is fucked beyond belief. Russia cant refine enough final petro products because they dont have enough refineries so they import it back at times of high demand. They export the raw petro. Ukraine is categorically dismantling russia’s main source of income. Interest rates will be insane very soon.

      The Russian thesaurus is being modified daily to come up with new phrases to cover “on fire“. Let’s see – Technical Lighting, Drone debris, nothing to see here, Putin farted, fire department training, celebration bonfire, smoking accident

      It seems that technical lighting is taking place in refineries, factories, military bases and storage facilities every single night now.
