      CIO allegedly sent a short email to the police at 7am this morning requesting they carry out the arrest warrant. Apparently there was not a discussion before this and the police are now reviewing the legality of this request.

      The arrest warrant is being passed around by investigatory agencies like it’s a newspaper in the middle of 서울역. Absolutely pathetic!

      That warrant is gonna expire while people decide whose responsibility it is to do anything…what a c*ck-up
