    I’m not on the side of these clowns but if SCOTUS ruled that he was wrongly charged how was his probation upheld?

    Remember he pardoned the four Blackwater contractors that murdered 14 Iraqi civilians. He didn’t pardon the fifth because he pleaded guilty and helped prosecution.
