      *Minneapolis* Lakers?!  I didn’t know this.  The name makes a heck of a lot more sense now!

      Lakers have been more consistent but that 60s run of championships with Bill Russell really keeps Boston in the convo

      am I tripping or does that mean either the Celtics or Lakers have won almost 50% of all the total championships since 1947? like 45%?

      I love how obvious the Bill Russell years are, but it would be a good annotation for those that don’t know (1956-1969).

      EDIT: also the Magic Johnson v Larry Bird Rivalry (1979-1991)
