SS: Greece is nearing a €500-700 million deal to purchase 40 PULS multiple rocket launchers from Israel’s Elbit Systems, aiming to enhance its artillery capabilities against Turkey in the Evros region and the Aegean islands. The deal includes six types of ammunition and the SkyStriker loitering munition, extending strike ranges up to 300 kilometers. Greek Defense Minister Nikos Dendias is set to present a long-term procurement plan to parliament, focusing on modernizing artillery and developing a three-layer air defense system with Israeli technology. This deepens defense ties between Greece and Israel, driven by shared concerns over Turkey.
