Just force/push them out of the plastic.
We just call them “isbitposer” or ice cube bags in English 🤷♂️

I think it’s possible to just squeeze out the ones you need so that you can put it back in the freezer

It’s called an “isterningpose” or “isbitpose”. On the genius ones, you pull on each of the sides, and all the dividers will open up, resulting in a bag full of loose ice cubes. On the cheap/stupid ones, you have to push the individual ice cubes through the plastic.
Du skal “ruske”/ banke dem så de glider sammen til en stor pose af isterninger! Bagefter klipper du et lille hul i toppen og så har du en pose med løse isterninger.

Ice cube bag. With scissors I believe
Just tear it. It is not meant to be reused

Edit: [Found a video of someone doing the pull-operation](https://www.facebook.com/marit.d.sivertsen/videos/10155416533492484/). It’s on FB though.

Hold the top and bottom, stretch it slowly apart until it no longer breaks, then do the same for the sides.
Tear off the top and you are done.
Could also just force single pieces out if needed
Proof positive that Norway isn’t nearly as green as they’d have you believe.
