Die ETH war noch nie drei Jahre hintereinander grün. Werden wir es dieses Jahr zum ersten Mal sehen?

Lol if you don’t know why it’s not green 2 years in a row you don’t understand how crypto works

Well, if it was supposed to follow the previous “trend”, then it should have been red in 2023

Eth is dead as a blockchain, and it has become a tool for whales, It’s time for other L1 chains to shine and takeover!

“How to jinx every ETH holder in the world on the first of January” speed run

YOY doesn’t matter. It found a higher support last bear market. It’s still in an uptrend and not even close to showing overbought. It surpassed its previous ATH in February 2021.

    “ETH is dead!!”

Yeah that’s why it has about 60% of all tvl – in all of crypto – currently on mainnet for defi uses.

The next second runner up? Solana and it has less than 1/10th of the tvl.

If ur bullish on defi (arguably the best use case for distributed ledger technology) then u should be bullish on eth since it’s destroying any/all competition.

Gas fees are cheap relative to the amount of network security and historical robustness you’re getting with ethereum mainnet (and even l2’s by proxy).

If u don’t like the gas fees, that doesn’t really matter, because alternatives for retail exist (layer2’s, sidechains, account abstraction, gas pooling/gas abstraction) – and institutions and commercial entities aren’t harmed by it. In fact it deters spamming and short cuts that lead to other issues with scaling down the road.

If people want a programmable layer for money in the future, they want something that has never gone down, has a strong track record, and a history of doing what it’s intended to do without blocks being halted.
