      THAT’S what she said and I think it’s a good reminder. Most people don’t take care of their health very well until it becomes an urgent problem, and even more so with their mental health. It’s easy to overlook.

      I hate this nonsense. Bad Myopia runs in my family, no matter what I did, I was likely to inherit it to at least -6 diopeters. As of my last appointment 3 years ago, I am -8 and -9 diameters and apparently having that bad of vision does not qualify me for MAID. So why would I waste time improving my physical health when It just means I’ll likely live and suffer longer?
