Japanese wages may be stagnant, but the country remains quite affordable despite this. We have higher wages here in Australia, which has resulted in everything being overpriced and unaffordable. I’d much rather earn the average Japanese salary, while living there, instead of what we get here in Australia.

Also, the woman in the thumbnail is wearing a designer cardigan, so it’s best *not* to take her economic complaints seriously. She complains about struggling to afford things she wants, but if that’s designer clothing, she should be ignored (especially as she earns far more than the average Japanese person).
