this is fog, but tiny droplets of water trap the real smog and it’s still really not good. Also weather conditions that allow this fog to stay so low are the same that prevent the smog from dissipating.

Large parts of Poland are covered in fog these days, not just cities. I don’t think this is just smog.

Is not fog???

It is fog, most pollution is invisible. But that doesn’t mean the air is not also polluted. It is, about as bad as many sensors in New Delhi right now (although some are even worse).
