      I hope it’s true this time, but this is at least the second time that a claim has been made that a North Korean soldier has been captured. On 11/1/24, a Korean paper published this: “Pro-Ukrainian Telegram channel ExileNova released a 127-second video titled “Warning from Kursk” on Friday.
