      It’s time to catch them red handed. Imagine if a nato country can arrest/capture russian agents during their mission.

      At this point, just cut Russian and Chinese cables. Russia can’t do shit. Hell they couldn’t even hold Syria, let alone take on Ukraine. Chinese navy is meh and military isn’t anything to write home about. So what are they going to do? Give them a taste of their own medicine.
