In a sedentary society, daily exercise is good for you. Who would have guessed?

  2. I bike commuted in a major city for a while and it certainly felt like drivers had other plans for me.

Shocking, so there is a relationship between exercise and longevity – who would have thought?

Also, biking to work in a lot of major cities is a hazard (and no, I don’t mean the US)

Why are scientists wasting time on studies like this? It’s well understood that exercise is good for you while sitting is bad for you. The results of this study should’ve been known without doing it.

  6. Does this count for e-bikes as well? (Didt read article). I’ve been biking to work well over 4 years in a very car-centric city (Douglasville near Atlanta, GA). No bike lanes, can’t ride on sidewalks, just wishing not to get hit by a car. Lol. Coworkers always inquiring about my bike and find it crazy that I bike 12 minutes to and from.
