    >>Hello, This is KQ Entertainment. This is a notice regarding xikers member JUNGHOON’s return to activities. JUNGHOON underwent reconstructive surgery last May due to a torn cruciate ligament and has since been consistently undergoing rehabilitation therapy. Currently, although screws and pins remain in his knee, causing a slight discomfort, his health has recovered to an extent where he can manage most daily activities and perform on stage. As such, JUNGHOON is scheduled to return in January 2025, and xikers’ activities will resume as a full 10-member group. However, we ask for your understanding as he will not be able to participate in the Japan special event for the 4th mini-album, scheduled for January 2025. We will continue to conduct regular check-ups with medical professionals and make every effort to ensure JUNGHOON can engage in activities in good health. We sincerely thank the fans for their continued support of JUNGHOON’s recovery and xikers’ activities. Thank you.

THATS MY BABY! god, he was 17 when he went on hiatus and now he’s halfway to 20. this is one of the longest hiatuses for an idol i’ve ever seen that wasn’t military related. there were periods where it felt really scary and hopeless, but xikers never stopped talking about him and hyping him up and promising they’re 10.

i can’t believe we made it. i really hope kq rerecords the songs he missed, hearing junghoon on sunny side and break a leg is not a want, it’s a NEED!

omg finally!!! i’m so happy he decided to stick it out!!! i can’t wait to see them as 10 again!!

  4. so happy to hear junghoon is returning!! 🥹 he was always my favorite since predebut, and while i do keep up with xikers, his hiatus kept me from getting deeper into them over the last year. of course the other members mentioning him and keeping him around in spirit always helped, but you never know in cases like this.

i cant imagine how severe his injury mustve been and how much stress he’s been under, working so hard to become an idol and then to lose a year and a half of your career to an injury at debut. i’m so relieved that he gets to come back!

I can’t help but get worried for his injury when it comes to dancing since Xikers choreography are usually ever so demanding and exhaustive. I wonder if they’ll adjust certain moves for him?
