      This is why quality of international students dropped. Before most students used to attend universities, now we have a bunch of annoying diploma mill grads running amok

      This seems like the type of statistic that shouldn’t be possible, and proof Canada needs the American system of country caps. Once you go beyond a certain percentage it leads to downstream effects like difficulty assimilating.
