The doctors who saved this fucking idiot’s life should’ve taken a coffee break instead

This mini wannabe dictator copies Viktor Orban’s regime actions against teachers, doctors, etc. Just another, idiot.

What the actual…? There’s nothing more antihuman than pro-Russian far right. They just look at Moscow and copy everything. They would eat Putin’s shit and say that they enjoyed that

Wtf? I really don’t get why so many countries are becoming fans of autocrats.

A sure fire way to lose doctors. They can go anywhere and do well.

    10. More regulation. On the right and the left it does not matter…. They just don’t get that regulations lead to less prosperity in the long run.

The issue isn´t even pay for doctors, the issue is that doctors and plenty of them, issued their termination notices from their jobs in protest of gouverment doing a jack shit about systemic problems within health industry. Many of the medical profesions are being underpaid while doctors making a lot of money, but that is mostly due of how much of overtime they are doing. The current situation is that many doctors are having their yearly total overtime quota spent at the summer, and then they are forced to work above what legal limits. On top of that the system is crocked in favour of privatelly owned medical bussineses and insurance companies, which causes a lot of imbalance. System start failing even before the COVID pandemic, we had few similiar protests of doctors and sisters dating back to 2010. Now our healthcare is in freefall and that is an outcome of total missmanagement, that has been going for almost two decades being managed by the same people who are now leading this country. Gouverment in its greatness came with a wicked idea, that while doctor´s notices are pending, they can force them to remain at work for 4 more months or they get criminaly charged and they get their medical license revoked. Meanwhile the same gouverment is missmanaging even sabotaging talks with doctors, by straight out lying to the public, claiming that all the issues have been resolved and doctors only complain about small pay increase. This all goes in the background of them increasing VAT tax the next year (collecting about 2.5 billions to lower the state deficit) making cuts in health sector, meanwhile they spend money on dumb shit elsewhere (sport arenas, 13th retirement pay, new airplanes, new ministry of sport, new luxury cars, etc.).

Fico and his ilk should already get their Yanukovich treatment. They should pack their smelly pants and run for Moscow already.

    12. Hey, Slovakian MD’s! The Netherlands has a massive shortage on GP’s and specialists in general. Get over here!

It’s not about pay (this time).

It’s about the working conditions, the state of our healthcare system, the moldy hospitals, the ridiculous working hours, the privatization of the whole system, the budgetary black hole…

    14. DisgustingSandwich on

Yeah thats not how it works. How exactly are you going to force doctors to work at all?

    15. InterestingAsk1978 on

It happened in Romania already. It’s illegal not to treat emergencies, and any patient may claim they’re an emergency (even rheumathism), so you still have to treat them all. So, no strike.

Doctors still leave the country in droves, but the politically paid media is covering things up.

Would be a shame if he got shot again and those doctors had to take care of him…ya know just saying

What a fantastic way to get the doctors to leave. They can get work in any EU country in a heartbeat.

Do you want to lose all your doctors to emigration? Because that is how you lose all your doctors to emigration.
