      I went to the office twice last year, it was a ghost town in a building that less than a year old with all the modern bells and whistles. I don’t give AF… I’m not going back in

      It’s weird. I know so many companies here in NY who simply broke their leases during the pandemic. Empty desks isn’t the reason, because the costs of RTO still outweigh the gains of using the office space.

      Even if you honor the lease, that money is being spent anyway.
