Also kam die Telekom vorbei, um die Internetleitung einzurichten, hat alles überprüft und festgestellt, dass die Verbindung aktiv ist. Leider konnte mein Router immer noch keine Verbindung zum Internet herstellen. Ich habe den Router in meinem vorherigen Zuhause verwendet und alles hat gut funktioniert. Aber die Kabel, die ich benutzte, waren anders. Dabei ist mir aufgefallen, dass der TAE-Adapter nur 2 Pins hat. Könnte das das Problem sein?

looks fine, probably just loose connection in the rj45 port, dsl only uses pin 4 and 5 in rj45 and pin 1 and 2 in tae
Does your router have an integrated modem?
The TAE adapter is fine, you only need 2 wires for internet access: La (pin 1 – white) and Lb (pin 2 – brown). The alternate color scheme is red and green respectively. Make sure it is plugged into an F-socket (notches on the bottom), not an N-socket (notches on the top).
Also check whether you have actually plugged it into the ‘1. TAE’ – it should have a little logo on it and might even read ‘Telekom’. Finding it can be tricky, but there is definitely a ‘special’ TAE in your apartment, as the technician was able to test it using SEPT (Systemexterne Prüftechnik), which means there is a PPA (Passiver Prüfabschluss) somewhere.
Is there any alternative to test if the connection is working without a DSL Router?
