Seems like this article is a summation of things we already know. Things such as the fact Hamas counts combatants in their casualty numbers, already getting rid of 1/3 if not 1/2 of those numbers as civilians.

Beyond that, inflation of casualties we’ve seen before, snd evidently like in the kind of recent UN re estimation of women and children deaths like this article mentioned.

It took what, like months for Israel to identify and finalize the casualty count for oct7 and the few days after. How can one not be incredibly special of the numbers given out now, and how can one not assume that Hamas would inflate these numbers to smear Israel, it’s not like anyone can verify, and maybe will never be able to verify in the future.

  2. Nothing villifies Israel more than the cartoonishly evil behavior terrorist soldiers gloatingly upload on tiktok.

Messing with little girls toys and panties, burning and vandalizing homes, blowing up water reservoirs for the lulz, uploading sniper compilations, desecrating graves and holy sites, intentionally destroying public and private property, laughing at and making fun of destroyed schools. These are very very few of the examples.

  3. Hamas has to lie in order to push a certain narrative? I, among many others, definitely did not anticipate this. I am truly perplexed by this (brand new) development.

I’m can’t fully scrutinise the accuracy of the report because I have no means of verifying the data. However I think it’s important to note the following sources mentioned:

**The Telegraph** – Whilst it’s a newspaper of record, it does skew right wing and conservative

**Henry Jackson Society** – A right wing think tank that has been criticised in the past of being racist and Islamophobic (by the cofounder who left because he was “ashamed” of what it had become)

**International Institute of Social and Legal Studies** – I quote from the homepage of their website and needn’t say anything else:

    > We are a coalition of international and Israeli professionals dedicated to formulating a comprehensive strategy aimed at assisting the State of Israel in navigating the international legal investigation pertaining to the events of October 7

    > Our primary objective is to construct a robust case that advocates for the consideration and prosecution of these events as an act of genocide against Israel.

As with everything, you should always consider the sources before reaching conclusions about things you read on the internet. Even when they appear to be reputable sources at face value.
