      It says “Examplary home” – these were awarded under communism (also there is “Exemplary building” and others of the kind) yet I am not aware under what rules (and probably some inspections) they were awarded.

      The equivalent of a “Model Home” – something still popular within Homeowner Association communities… It means that you excel at following the rules, or you just know a guy that’s on the committee.

      Fun concept, either way.
